Come and meet us at our regional conference

Exeter Racecourse – Saturday 21 September 2019, 10am – 4pm

Each regional conference programme is tailored to local interests and issues affecting people
with MND, so content may vary. However, typically, they will include the opportunity to
hear and ask questions about the latest care services and support available and the most up to date information about research.

There will also be an opportunity to sample innovative products and services offered by exhibitors and, most importantly, plenty of time to talk to MND Association staff, volunteers and meet other people affected by MND.

Lunch and refreshments are provided during the day and free parking is available at the venue.

There is no fee to attend our regional conference.

To book visit www.mndassociation.org/regionalconferences or call 01604 611837.

Could you be a Carers’ Champion?

Carers’ Champions are volunteers helping to provide information about support for carers and past carers of people with MND in their local area.

Carers’ Champions also:

  • Build up knowledge of the support available for carers in their community
  • Liaise with carers to identify what issues they face
  • Explain how the MND Association can support them
  • Help identify and create opportunities to bring new, existing and past carers together.

To find out more about becoming a Carers’ Champion visit the page on the MND Association website or request an application form contact the Volunteering Team on 0345 6044 150 or volunteering@mndassociation.org
